Inspection Comments |
No violations were observed during this inspection. Discussed that gloves are only necessary when touching ready to eat food with hands. Volunteers do not need to have a food handlers certificate. Snacks are provided for the ECE program from the high school. All foods are ready to eat, prepackaged foods and some are tcs. The high school preps them and sends them out to the schools. After the food is distributed it is sent back to the high schools and redistributed to other schools. Crystal Lohnes should contact Adam Bazzetta at abazzetta@tchd.net or 309-929-0345 to discuss feasibility of this plan. |
